Gabrielle Walker

Gabrielle has extensive experience in curating and designing novel business meetings for global leaders, with a particular focus on new forms of leadership and collaboration. In a wide range of formats from select workshops, salons and roundtables to large international meetings in San Francisco, Singapore, Berlin, she uses a combination of deep content and unusual experiences to create a safe conversational space to help leaders step outside their day-to-day activities and focus on new ways of dealing with longer-term emerging trends. Experiences have included dining in the dark, forming impromptu choirs and learning improvision techniques from one of the world's leading acting schools.

For several years she served as Xynteo's programme director for The Performance Theatre Foundation, working in Oslo, Lisbon and London with CEOs, Chairmen and Senior Executives of global corporations together with former heads of state, and global leaders from the worlds of politics, science, arts, religion and humanitarian aid.

Participants have included Malala Yousafzai, Education Activist; Rick Haythornthwaite, Chairman of Mastercard and Centrica; Ronnie Chan, Chairman of the Hang Lung Group; Yves Daccord, Director-General of the International Committee of the Red Cross; Yngve Slyngstad, Head of the Norwegian Sovereign Wealth Fund; Merit Janow, Chair of Nasdaq; Erna Solberg, Prime Minister of Norway and Haakon, Crown Prince of Norway.

We had an amazing and enriching Performance Theatre in Lisbon that was without any doubt the best ever. Energising , stimulating , mind opening and simply enjoyable. From purpose to leadership to tackling some of the biggest challenges the world faces. This was only possible thanks to Gabrielle's great leadership in not only putting this all together but also by skilfully leading all the key sessions with passion
